Jeff's the Store Manager at The Local Butcher. He's lived in the Marlborough region for around 21 years now, having moved here to go to boarding school when he was 15. Jeff loves a good ribeye steak, and prefers it blue. So blue that the potatoes turn red. Oh, and with just salt and pepper. None of this sauce business.

Jeff reckons people should shop at The Local Butcher because there's competitive prices, good quality meat and friendly staff. He's renowned for being an early starter, we're talking getting up at 3:30am to get ready for work. Whether that is to escape two young children is yet to be determined...
