What Ingredients do I need for Chicken Breast Mignon?

 

How do I prepare Chicken Breast Mignon?

  1. Butterfly breast then fill centre with garlic butter.
  2. Roll up and put bacon on the outside of the breasts.
  3. Tie with string or trusses.
  4. Sprinkle with the Umami garlic butter finishing seasoning from rum and que.

 

How do I cook Chicken Breast Mignon?

  1. Grill the chicken in a fry pan over a medium to high heat until bacon is golden brown.
  2. Finish the chicken in the oven or air fryer until it is cooked (internal temperature reaches 75c).

Note: For a quick and easy cooking method, skip the pan-frying step and place chicken straight into a preheated air fryer and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until its cooked through and has an internal temperature of 75c.
