What Ingredients do I need for Beef Pesto Cream Pot?

  • Beef burger patty: 1 x 130 grams
  • Pesto: 20 grams
  • Cream cheese: 20 grams
  • Rum and Que Blackout seasoning: 2 grams

 

How do I prepare Beef Pesto Cream Pot in the Oven or Air Fryer?

  1. Fold sides of beef patty upwards so that it resembles a kitchen pot shape.
  2. Add a good teaspoon of pesto and a teaspoon of cream cheese, then sprinkle with Rum and Que Blackout Seasoning. 
  3. Place the beef and pesto cream pot onto an oven tray and into a 180c pre-heated oven or air fryer for 10 - 14 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

 

How do I prepare Beef Pesto Cream Pot on a BBQ?

Follow steps 1 and 2 above

3. Place beef and pesto cream pot over a medium-low heat on the BBQ or grill.

4. Close the lid to create an oven-like heat and atmosphere to help cook the beef.

5. Remove the beef pot after 12-14 minutes or once cooked to your liking.

 

What are some vegetables I could pair with Beef Pesto Cream Pot?
